I tried the official 7 minute workout app for the first time on a snow day when i knew i wasn’t going to make it to the gym. It consists of 12 different exercises, meant to be done for 30 seconds each, with a 10 second rest interval between each one. Seven was a step more complicated—in good and bad ways.
