At this stage, audio description is only available via television broadcast, so if you are watching via abc iview live stream, the description will not be available. I have been trying to view abc.com's full episodes and have been unsuccessful and now i'm just majorly annoyed. If you are having the same issue despite turning accessibility off on the tv, app, etc. I have a roku smart tv (with the audio description set to off) and a directtv box which i also have the talking guide set to off. This option is the same place on tcl smart tvs that have roku’s software built in. On top of that, if you have a child, it can unknowingly enable it while playing with the remote.
