Access your american express® account from virtually anywhere with the american express® app. Please either try your request again at a later time or contact the @ work help desk. However, i am not sure why it happened, happy to see that it is working now😀 i regularly update the ios and app versions when they arrive.
If you can access a website at office or from a 3g network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative dns service other than your isps.
@askamex @kubacki925 yes, this is an apple issue that is not related to american express, we were informed once the the new update was out, that would resolve the issue. I have solve the problem by uninstalling & reinstalling the app !!! We would like to show you a description here but the site won’t allow us. The american express® app and app features are available only for eligible card accounts in the united states.
