Apple watch and for that matter iphones do not allow access to the nfc chips on the hardware to broadcast the magic band codes. Magic bands use rfid so i’m not sure that’s possible. What i usually use my apple watch for (aside from paying for merchandise with apple pay) is i’ll put my upcoming fastpass and dining reservations into my calendar and set my watch face (gotta use the mickey watch face in the parks) to have the next calendar event shown on the display.
