I could be watching youtube or doing anything on any app and the phone will shut down and restart, even on full charge. While i can open the facebook app on my iphone, a ton of other apps and games crash as soon as i tap on the icon, including spotify, tiktok, booksy, venmo, mario kart tour, arena of valor, and more. Open app store and tab on “updates”, download and install any available updates for the crashing apps.
As a added measure close all apps to free up space in memory.
