The manual on page 38 describes the procedure. The mychevrolet app lets you take complete control of your ride! I have the mychevy app on the phone and working.
Mine works off cell signal no problem.
No my mom has it and is over an hour away. I used it for my 2013 with out charge. Just found out that i have to pay $15/month for remote access on mycadillac app for my 2019 cadillac, yet my husband gets access to his chevy app (all services i have to pay for) on his 2015 chevy truck at no charge. Maybe the emergency kind that fits in your wallet?
