Does anyone know of a web site to verify the balance on future cruise credit certificates? If you’re sailing within a group booking, you can still redeem your future cruise credit. Ive booked a cruise with my family for june, 2019.
When the agent was on the phone with the royal caribbean rep, she asked about a cancellation number, the rep said that the fcc would be applied to the original reservation number with no addition cancellation number.
Can the future cruise credit be applied to an existing booking? With royal caribbean suspending cruises for due to the coronavirus outbreak, there are a lot of people who may be getting a future cruise credit because of a canceled sailing. They tend not to look at the original price (before fcc was applied) get the lowest price you can and then apply it right before final. Do you think they would extend the cruise credit for this cruise?
