Teams Desktop App Freezing. Teams works perfectly on a 6 year old mbp. Microsoft teams and a freezing ui.
It did not take long for me to find that a lagging teams app was not uncommon. This freezing occurs when i try to click the window to bring it forward, try to click a button to dial in, try to close any of the tabs, etc. If the issue persists, i need to confirm some information from you:
Adding teams.exe to office app group and excluding teams folders from personalization capture resolved our issue.
I built my computer a few months ago and now it randomly freezes. After getting back into teams, it freezes again. The web app for microsoft teams is similar to the desktop app and you will be enjoying the same functionality. A few of us are experiencing random freezing and crashing.
